Location: Indian Queens, Cornwall
Rate: £450-£550 per day, depending on experience
Contract: Temporary
Hours: 45 hours per week | 08:00-16:30
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Until June 2027

Site Attendance: Minimum 3 days per week
About the role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major substation project at Indian Queens in Cornwall.
The successful candidate will have strong commercial experience within the infrastructure or energy sector, with previous substation, power or HV experience essential. You will be responsible for managing the commercial performance of the project, working closely with project managers, engineers, clients and subcontractors.
Strong NEC3/NEC4 experience is required, along with the ability to manage commercial risk, control costs and support the successful delivery of the project.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major energy infrastructure project, working within a specialist transmission and renewables environment.
The successful candidate will be involved in a significant substation project and will have the opportunity to work across the full commercial lifecycle, from project delivery through to final account.
