Job summary

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Fit Out and refurbishments - Central London is sought by Skilled Careers. Senior Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Fit Out and refurbishments - Central London

Location: Central London

Salary: up to £95,000 + Benefits

Reporting to: Commercial Manager

About the Division

You will join a high-performing team delivering high end Cat A and Cat B refurbishments ranging up to £30m. This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and the ability to commercially deliver prestigious projects.

These are typically Design & Build, 2 stage tenders involving refurbishments, fit out, M&E, groundworks, and demolition within a complex existing structure.

Operating across commercial, residential, retail, education, and hospitality sectors, they often work within occupied environments, requiring innovative, considerate approaches to ensure minimal disruption and maintain business continuity. Every project is delivered with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
