A leading multi-discipline Tier 1 main contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a lead commercial role on a £120m+ commercial new build project.

This is a senior, high-visibility position on a major scheme, ideal for someone ready to step up towards Commercial Manager level.

The role

You'll own the commercial management of the project. You'll report to the Commercial Manager, lead and develop the project's QS team, and work alongside the Project Director and the wider delivery team. Responsibilities include:
