Aldwych Consulting Ltd in the Cheshire area is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading UK civil engineering contractor on a major long-term infrastructure scheme. The role involves commercial management from procurement to final account and requires strong NEC contract knowledge.
You will collaborate with the commercial team, manage subcontractor accounts, valuations, and change control, and support risk and opportunity management throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a technically challenging project with a well-established commercial team, supporting the delivery of a nationally significant engineering programme.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in the commercial management of a major civils package from procurement through to final account.
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Experience within sectors such as ground engineering, industrial construction, energy, heavy civils or major infrastructure would be highly advantageous.
