Job Description:

Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - CAMBRIDGE (permanent or freelance)

Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor required - Civil Engineering business

• Use of NEC form of contract
• Site visits and head office work, with some hybrid working available
• Responsibilities include valuations, variations, final accounts
• Measurement data completed by site teams
• Preparation of Monthly CVRs
• Negotiating and building client relationships
• Managing compensation events and contract requirements
• Taking contractual responsibility from a commercial perspective for projects

This role involves working both on-site and in-office, offering flexibility and opportunities for career advancement, management, and progression into more senior commercial roles within the business.

Projects:

Projects vary in size and structure, all civil engineering focused, valued between £500k and £20m each. You could oversee a single large scheme or multiple smaller projects.
