Job summary

Ernest and Florent in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our cost consultancy team. You will lead a variety of projects across residential, healthcare, education, commercial, retail and hospitality sectors, delivering pre and post contract services.

Responsibilities include cost planning, estimating, procurement, contract advice, commercial management, cost reporting and final accounts, with a focus on client relationships and taking ownership of your work.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
• Strong consultancy experience with client-facing delivery.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of projects across sectors (residential, healthcare, education, commercial, retail, hospitality).

A bespoke Cost Consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Cambridge.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to lead a variety of projects across sectors including residential, healthcare, education, commercial, retail and hospitality.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for delivering a range of pre and post contract services, with involvement across cost planning, estimating, procurement, contract advice, commercial management, cost reporting and final accounts.
