Job summary

Severfield is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for the HPC project in the UK. You will drive commercial success from contract award to final account, manage variations, and build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

The role requires experience in high-value, highly regulated environments and a solid grasp of fabrication processes and NEC contracts. Based on-site at Bridgwater, this position offers a challenging, rewarding career with a leading steel specialist.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a QS or Senior QS in construction.
• Experience with NEC3 or NEC4 contracts.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence.
• Understanding of fabrication processes is desirable.
• Experience managing variations and delivering repeat business.

In the Senior Quantity Surveyor (HPC) position you will be working on high value and critical projects, building relationships with a range of high-profile clients which service the defence, nuclear, oil & gas and petrochemical sectors.
