We’re working with a respected and growing consultancy that’s seeking a Senior Project Surveyor to join their Birmingham team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of Commercial and Residential projects.

With a strong pipeline of high-profile clients and landmark developments, this role offers real variety—and the chance to make your mark.

Whether you're an experienced Project Surveyor ready for a step up, or an established Senior seeking a new environment, this could be the ideal next move.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across a variety of sectors
• Prepare cost plans, procurement strategies, tender documents and contract administration
• Conduct detailed cost analysis, value engineering and risk management
• Manage project budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts
• Attend and lead client meetings, providing strategic commercial advice
• Act as a key point of contact between clients, contractors and the wider project team
• Support junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment

What we’re looking for:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Chartered (MRICS).
• Proven experience within a UK consultancy environment
• Relevant experience within Commercial, or Residential projects
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships
• A proactive mindset and genuine passion for the built environment
