Overview

Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Birmingham. This is a full‑time permanent role offering a competitive salary, a company vehicle or allowance and a benefits package.

What will you deliver?

Take responsibility, ownership and accountability of the successful management and control of all aspects of the commercial, financial and contractual elements of designated projects within a Division to control and maximise the company profitability, protect the legal and contractual obligations under the contract and manage proactively the control of all commercial issues. This includes managing other commercial and operational resources, ensuring applications and valuations are completed in line with the contract terms, ensuring subcontractors receive prompt payment, procuring in line with our contractual obligations and commitments to subcontractors, and ensuring cost reports and the like are real‑time, managed, completed on time and monitored.
