Fawkes & Reece require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead on a £100 Million PCSA scheme on a Bedford site, reporting to the Senior Commercial team. You will oversee two Quantity Surveyors and manage client relationships throughout the PCSA period.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience in Construction Quantity Surveying with a Main Contractor.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or working towards it.

• Work from PCSA/2 Stage tender to delivering site through to completion and final accounts.
• Procurement across all sub-contracting accounts.
• Pricing and managing change and variations.
• Client and CVRS liaison.

Opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for a well-respected Main Contractor for a site based in Bedford. This is an exciting new role due to additional workload with new projects secured and started on site.

About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

Fawkes and Reece are working with a well-respected Main Contractor that have a network of offices both regionally and in London. Our client has a proven track record delivering a variety of Construction project within both the public and private sectors across Commercial, Residential, Hotel, Student Accommodations, Education, and health care.

Being a financially stable business with a steady turnover, our client is selective about the projects they secure which has resulted in Surveyors having successful projects with no legacy issues. Due to their repeat business, and relationships they have a growing turnover more than £650 Million with the platform to maintain this level and keep growing at a steady rate.

They are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work on a £100 Million PCSA scheme that goes live on site in June 2027. for this project you will be looking after 2 new building, consisting of industrial and commercial offices. the Senior QS will be responsible for the PCSA Period, managing the client and when site based responsible for 2 Quantity Surveyors.
