Job summary

Certain Advantage is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a project in Aberdeen with a hybrid work pattern (2 days from home). The role involves managing civil subcontract packages for two substations and related buildings, under NEC3 Option A contracts, in a pre-construction environment.

Experience with large subcontract management and familiarity with CEAR software is preferred. The position offers a daily rate of £550 and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Certain Advantage is partnering with a large organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will take responsibility for constructing two substations and various minor buildings.

You will focus on the civil works aspects, specifically managing large subcontracts, including groundworks and steel/envelope packages.

Your Background:

• Experience with large subcontract management under NEC3 Option A contracts.
