Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a part-time Senior User for Adult Social Care IT systems. The role focuses on reviewing processes, policies and ways of working, turning information into improvements, and supporting system changes.

You will work with managers and colleagues to identify issues, develop solutions, and communicate changes effectively across teams. Experience with Liquidlogic or similar case management systems is valuable.

Responsabilités

• Work with managers and colleagues across Adult Social Care to review processes, policies and ways of working, identifying where improvements can be made and helping to put positive changes in place.
• Turn information into meaningful improvements by producing reports, highlighting issues and recommending solutions.
• Act as a Senior User for in-house IT systems, ensuring the needs and experiences of system users are heard.
• Develop and put in place system improvements with the System Development Lead and colleagues.
• Support testing and introduction of system changes, ensuring they meet user needs.
• Communicate changes clearly so colleagues understand what is changing and how it affects their work.
• Identify problems and find practical, workable solutions and support others through change.
