Job summary

Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a Senior User for our in-house IT systems to support Adult Social Care on a permanent, part-time basis (18 hours per week). You will review processes and policies, turning information into practical improvements and helping implement positive changes.

You will produce reports, highlight issues and work with colleagues to put actions into practice, monitoring outcomes. DBS check is required and Liquidlogic experience would be valuable.

Qualifications

• Experience with Liquidlogic or a similar case management system is highly desirable.
• Ability to identify process improvements and turn them into practical actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review processes, policies and ways of working across Adult Social Care.
• Produce reports, highlight issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Work with colleagues to implement actions and monitor effectiveness.
• Act as Senior User for in-house IT systems, ensuring user needs are heard.
• Communicate changes clearly and support teams through new processes.
• Build relationships across Adult Social Care and contribute to service development.
• Attend meetings, working groups and professional networks to share ideas.
