Job summary

Wood, via its PSJ Fabrications subsidiary, seeks a strategic Quality Leader to safeguard and enhance the company’s quality management systems across regulated manufacturing environments.

You will lead the Quality and Inspection function, working with Operations, Engineering, Production and Commercial teams to ensure products and processes meet customer, regulatory, and business objectives while driving continuous improvement and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading quality management in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 3834 and EN1090-1 certifications.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Quality and Inspection function.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Production and Commercial teams to meet customer, regulatory and business objectives.
• Champion continuous improvement and quality excellence across the organisation.
