Job summary

SP Energy Networks, part of the Iberdrola Group, is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality, Environment and IMS function across its transmission portfolios in Scotland. You will translate regulatory and quality requirements into practical strategies, establish governance, and drive continuous improvement across projects.

You will manage a team of Lead Quality Advisors and collaborate with project teams to ensure robust controls, reporting and risk management while supporting RIIO-T3

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Quality or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading quality management in engineering/construction environments.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical quality controls and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality function across SP Transmission portfolios and set clear standards for delivery.
• Oversee governance, assurance, audit and non-conformance processes.
• Develop quality performance reporting and drive continuous improvement.
• Advise senior management on quality risks, supplier performance and mitigations.
• Coordinate with Portfolio, Project Engineering, Procurement and Delivery teams.
