Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Senior Quality & Regulatory Leader to drive QA governance and regulatory compliance across services. Translate quality strategy into consistent practice, lead audit readiness, and collaborate with service leaders during inspections. Regular travel across UK sites to support high standards.

Reporting to the Group Quality Director, you will shape improvement actions, analyse data from audits and incidents, and ensure proactive risk management in a fast-growing organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations across multiple service types.
• Experience in a senior quality, governance or regulatory role.
• Background across services, especially Learning Disabilities and Supported Living.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the quality assurance and improvement programme.
• Ensure consistent implementation of audit frameworks.
• Drive inspection readiness with proactive preparation and recovery.
• Provide expert input into high-risk or complex services.
• Oversee governance and compliance processes and policies.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Escalate risks appropriately and coordinate responses.
• Support regulatory engagements including CQC inspections.
