Job summary

Agincare seeks a Quality Manager to lead the quality assurance and improvement program across services. You will drive audit framework implementation, ensure inspection readiness, and oversee governance to maintain regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Group Quality Director, you’ll implement quality strategies and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge and experience in learning disabilities and supported living

Qualifications

• Strong regulatory knowledge in care services and CQC requirements.
• Experience leading quality improvement and governance in care settings.
• Ability to analyze data trends to drive improvements.
