Reevr Talent Ltd is seeking a Senior Quality Inspector for a specialist precision engineering business in East Sussex. You will be the senior inspector, supporting three trainee inspectors and working with a Quality Supervisor to uphold tight tolerances.

The role focuses on CMM programming, inspection against intricate drawings, and driving corrective actions through NCRs, with exposure to ISO 9001 and supplier quality considerations. Attractive salary and benefits exist.

Qualifications

• Experience in precision engineering/manufacturing environment
• Strong CMM programming skills and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and supplier quality advantageous

Senior Quality Inspector

We’re recruiting for a Senior Quality Inspector to join a specialist precision engineering business manufacturing complex, tight-tolerance components and assemblies.You’ll be the senior inspector within the team, working alongside a Quality Supervisor and supporting three trainee inspectors.

The Role

• Inspect complex components and sub-assemblies against drawings and specifications

• QCT CMM experience highly desirable
• Faro Arm experience highly beneficial
• Work with tight tolerances, GD&T and complex datum systems

About You

You’ll have previous experience in a precision engineering/manufacturing environment, with strong CMM programming skills and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Experience within aerospace, automotive or nuclear would be advantageous, alongside knowledge of ISO 9001 and supplier quality.
