Job summary

Plexus is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality excellence across our Kelso and Livingston manufacturing sites, with exposure to aerospace, medical, and industrial sectors. You will own New Product Introduction, drive proactive quality, provide technical leadership to the team, and manage stakeholder conversations with customers, suppliers, and internal functions.

Responsibilities

• New Product Introduction: collaborate with functions and customers to introduce new products.
• Drive Proactive Quality to meet and exceed manufacturing standards.
• Provide technical training, leadership, and direction to the Quality team and stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement to design, monitor, and enhance the quality management system.
• Communicate goals and quality concerns effectively with internal teams and customers.
