Job summary

Wagstaff Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Quality Engineer for an aerospace environment in Bristol. The role is fully onsite with occasional site visits, offering a salary of £45,000–£50,000 per year.

You will maintain and improve the QMS, lead the Quality team, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure documentation and compliance, reporting directly to the managing director.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality engineering within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards (e.g. AS9100).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Leadership and communication skills.
