I am currently recruiting for a Senior Quality Engineer to work for a leading engineering organisation based in Devon. Salary up to £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits.

The company is a leader within its field of expertise, recognized both in the UK and internationally. With multiple offices worldwide, they have grown significantly through organic growth and acquisitions, strengthening their market position.

The company now seeks a Senior Quality Engineer on a permanent basis to support their growth.

In this role, you will lead, mentor, and manage a small team of Quality professionals. You will assist with investigations, provide solutions, and handle complex problems. You will host internal audits with notified bodies and participate in supplier audits annually. You will also conduct appraisals and reviews for your team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Senior Quality Engineer or similar
• Leadership or management experience within an engineering role
• Experience in a highly regulated, risk-managed environment
• Experience in manufacturing or production
