About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Quality Engineer passionate about embedding quality standards into software development. You will shape our enterprise SaaS platform, focusing on Operational Experience—covering onboarding, ETL workflows, and backend systems.

You must operate confidently at senior or lead level, designing test frameworks, mentoring teams, and driving automation. Utilize modern practices like shift-left testing, continuous testing, and deployment.

This role offers the chance to solve complex, large-scale problems within a collaborative engineering culture that values ownership, teamwork, and innovation. Leadership or mentoring experience is preferred.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in test automation and software engineering at senior or lead level
• Proven testing experience with onboarding, ETL workflows, and third-party integrations
• Deep understanding of automated QA in continuous deployment environments
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, CI pipelines, and relational databases
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
