We're looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team and play a key role in our team. If you have a strong background in Manufacturing & Engineering, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for continuous improvement, we want you to be part of our innovative and growing company.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of product and process quality activities across the product lifecycle

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement quality systems that comply with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements.
  • Conduct investigations into quality concerns, contributing to root cause analysis and robust corrective actions.
  • Identify and manage risk in product development (using core Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) elements such as PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow and Control Plans
  • Support First Article Inspection (FAI) in accordance with AS9102.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual quality requirements and provide input into quality assurance plans and documentation.
  • Help ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO9001, and other relevant standards (UK CAA Part 21(g)).
  • Support the implementation of engineering changes by integrating customer feedback into quality-driven solutions.
  • Use data-driven approaches to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • A degree (or equivalent practical experience) in a STEM field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or engineering role..
  • Familiarity with quality standards such as AS9100, ISO9001, and industry regulations such as UK CAA Part 21(g)
  • Experience using structured problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
  • Knowledge of engineering and production processes in regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, automotive, defence).
  • A commitment to high standards and a continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to apply strong collaboration and communication skills when engaging with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and customer teams to assure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Experience in managing competing priorities while maintaining a professional and constructive approach.
  • Has worked with with global quality standards, challenged the status quo, and actively contributed to a culture of improvement.
  • Happy to develop and share knowledge of relevant industry regulations and quality systems.
