Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, based in the WMFTS UK facility in Falmouth, is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. You will drive quality improvement across processes, collaborating with production, supply chain, design and engineering to embed quality in new and existing workflows.

You will lead investigations into non-conformances, analyse data for trends, support PPAP activities with suppliers, and help manage corrective actions while maintaining

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Quality Engineering role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to investigation and improvement.
  • Experience using manufacturing quality tools such as SPC, Risk Analysis, 8D and CAPA.
  • The ability to influence, collaborate and build effective working relationships across diverse teams.
  • A passion for quality and a desire to make a measurable impact.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you'll be instrumental in supporting and enhancing our quality systems and continuous improvement activities. You'll:

  • Lead investigations into non-conformances, working with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
