What you will do as Senior Quality Engineer:

You will monitor, assess, and report on product and process quality, ensuring manufacturing aligns with standards and specifications.

Your main responsibilities:

• Conduct root cause analysis, problem solving, and implement corrective actions using methodologies such as 5 Why, 8D, A3, or DMAIC.
• Drive NCR closures promptly with stakeholders.
• Support deployment of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Promote Zero Non-conformance and Right First Time culture using recognized techniques.
• Raise and manage corrective action requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Improve compliance and product/service quality.
• Monitor, test, and report on quality, identifying non-conformances and improvement opportunities.
• Review, improve, and implement standard operating procedures to meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Initiate and deliver solutions for improvement opportunities.
• Conduct internal and external quality and compliance audits.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and address complaints; improve Business Unit KPIs.
• Provide timely quality data and reports; maintain relevant documentation.

Qualifications and experience:

• Minimum HNC in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Quality Management Diploma.
• Training in recognized root cause analysis methodologies.
• Qualified internal auditor; lead auditor beneficial.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and customer specifications.
• Structured, data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma is advantageous.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems.
• Proficiency in measurement, analysis, and continuous improvement tools.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• At least one year of related experience or training.
