Job Description:

Cadillac Formula 1 is preparing for the 2026 FIA Formula One World Championship and is building a high-performance team. We are seeking a Senior Quality Control Inspector at our Silverstone facility to ensure quality standards on composite and metallic components through detailed inspections and quality assurance processes.

Principal Responsibilities:

1. Lead dimensional inspections and perform in-process and final inspections on components and assemblies.
2. Utilize measurement and testing equipment such as CMMs, Portable Arms, calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
3. Record and analyze inspection data in compliance with quality standards.
4. Identify non-conformances and support corrective actions.
5. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
6. Develop inspection plans and quality documentation.
7. Support troubleshooting during manufacturing and assembly.
8. Mentor and train junior inspectors.
9. Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Implement process improvements in inspection workflows.

Requirements:

1. At least 8 years of experience in quality control/inspection in motorsport or manufacturing.
2. Experience with Polyworks, PC-DMIS, CMMs, Portable Arms, and Trackers.
3. Understanding of quality assurance principles and standards.
4. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
7. Organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
8. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
9. Self-motivated and team-oriented attitude.
