Job summary

Häfele UK Ltd is seeking a proactive Quality Manager to lead our integrated management systems from Rugby, with a hybrid/site-based role. You will drive certification maintenance, define quality controls, and push continuous improvement across operations while reporting to the Chief Operations Officer.

The role focuses on embedding quality, supporting audits, and delivering measurable improvements in service, performance and efficiency while managing multiple stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Senior quality management or compliance leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and integrated management systems.
• Auditor qualification or demonstrable audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain integrated management systems, ensuring procedures and standards are defined and improved.
• Maintain audit readiness across multiple certifications, coordinating evidence and corrective actions.
• Oversee internal audit planning, reporting and follow-up to address non-conformances with root cause analysis.
• Embed quality across departments to drive service performance and operational efficiency.
• Develop and deliver a rolling continuous improvement plan using KPI data and audit findings.
• Investigate customer complaints and quality concerns with effective corrective actions.
• Coach the Lead Auditor and build cross-functional quality capability across the business.
