Serencroft is seeking a Quality, Compliance & Governance Manager to own regulatory compliance and governance across all homes. You will lead CQC interactions, manage safeguarding responses, and drive clinical governance alongside senior nursing leadership.

You will supervise the Compliance Officer and the Business & Compliance Support Officer, ensuring policy accuracy and annual inspection readiness. This role involves regular site travel and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in a senior compliance or quality role within adult social care across multiple sites.
• Detailed working knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards and safeguarding legislation.
• Experience leading safeguarding investigations and contributions to Reviews.
• Strong report writing and data analysis for board audiences.
• Experience mentoring compliance/quality staff.

Responsabilités

• Own regulatory relationships, including CQC, and oversee registration for acquisitions.
• Lead clinical governance, policy updates, and quality improvement group-wide.
• Manage safeguarding, complaints, and escalation responses across the group.
• Set clinical competency standards for Registered Nurses and supervise governance forums.
• Provide Board-ready governance reporting, risk registers, and KPI reviews.
• Chair governance forums, coordinate audits, and drive action plans.
