Job summary

JRL Group is seeking a Quality Manager to implement Quality Management processes, plan Quality Control requirements, and manage the Field View platform across construction projects.

You will collaborate with operational managers and Supply Chain Partners to ensure outcomes meet expectations, provide QA guidance, and lead audits and quality workshops to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, communicate, and coordinate QA activities across construction functions on the project.
• Raise Quality Management standards, awareness, and knowledge.
• Review, advise on, and monitor the implementation of Inspection and Test Plans.
• Ensure application of Project Specifications and industry standards.
• Lead technical meetings and deliver Quality Toolbox Talks on site.
• Develop and implement the Contractor's Quality Plan and ITP Register.
• Collaborate on, configure, and implement Viewpoint Field View.
• Plan, manage expectations of, and monitor benchmark and mock-up reviews.
• Manage a Project Audit Programme and undertake internal and external audits.
• Review NC and undertake Root Cause Analysis.
• Facilitate and coordinate QA training and quality workshops.

Job description

Main Purpose: Responsible for implementing Quality Management processes, planning Quality Control requirements, managing the Field View platform, and collaborating with operational managers and Supply Chain Partners to ensure that outcomes meet expectations. Provides Quality Management support and guidance across projects.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Plan, communicate, and coordinate QA activities across construction functions on the project
• Raise Quality Management standards, awareness, and knowledge
• Review, advise on, & monitor the implementation of Inspection and Test Plans
• Ensure the application of Project Specifications, British, International, and Industrial Standards
• As a confident communicator, lead technical meetings where necessary
• Deliver Quality Toolbox Talks on site
• Be an ambassador for the Integrated Management System
• Develop and implement the Contractor s Quality Plan
• Plan & develop the Project ITP Register
• Collaborate on Construction Control Plans
• Collaborate on, configure, and implement Viewpoint Field View as required
• Plan, manage expectations of, and monitor benchmark & mock-up reviews
• Manage a Project Audit Programme
• Undertake internal and external audits
• Review NC & undertake Root Cause Analysis
• Facilitate and coordinate products & systems training
• Facilitate internal and external Quality Workshops
• Provide QA Systems Training & Guidance
• Support QA in Site Inductions
• Establish and Maintain the Quality Noticeboard

Enable operational management to:

• Validate SCP competency requirements
• Verify compliance of materials at the workface
• Inspect installations against acceptance criteria
• Witness SCP site testing
• Coordinate third-party testing
• Verify finishes meet Benchmarked standards
• Ensure SCPs complete QA forms
