Job summary

Versende Ltd. in London is seeking a Senior Quality and Performance Manager to own quality, performance and compliance across the business, reporting to the CEO. You will define measures, build frameworks and set the standard as nothing exists yet.

You will line manage the Head of IQA, turn platform data into improvement initiatives, and drive cross-team change in a regulatory environment within an apprenticeship-focused organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance, compliance or continuous improvement in a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to use data and MI to drive measurable improvement.
• Strong understanding of assessment quality, validity and reliability.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-team change.
• EPAO, awarding organisation or Ofqual experience is a strong advantage.

London, White City | 3 days in office | £75,000

We're recruiting a Senior Quality and Performance Manager for a leading apprenticeship assessment organisation, part of one of the UK's top digital venture builder portfolios.

This is a brand new function, built from scratch, reporting straight to the CEO.

You'll own assessment quality, performance and compliance across the business, line manage the Head of IQA, and turn platform data into improvement initiatives that actually land. Nothing exists yet, so you define the measures, build the frameworks and set the standard.

What you'll need

• Quality assurance, compliance or continuous improvement experience in a regulated environment
• A track record of using data and MI to drive measurable improvement
• Strong grasp of assessment quality, validity and reliability
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading change across teams
• EPAO, awarding organisation or Ofqual experience is a strong advantage

The package

£75,000, hybrid with 3 days a week in the White City office, 37.5 hours, and full autonomy to build the function your way.
