Job summary

Versende Ltd in London, White City, is hiring a Senior Quality and Performance Manager to build a new QA function from scratch. You will own assessment quality, performance and compliance, and report directly to the CEO.

You will turn platform data into improvement initiatives, define measures, and set the standard for quality across the business while line managing the Head of IQA. This is a strategic, high-impact role based in hybrid London.

We're recruiting a Senior Quality and Performance Manager for a leading apprenticeship assessment organisation, part of one of the UK's top digital venture builder portfolios.

This is a brand new function, built from scratch, reporting straight to the CEO.

You'll own assessment quality, performance and compliance across the business, line manage the Head of IQA, and turn platform data into improvement initiatives that actually land. Nothing exists yet, so you define the measures, build the frameworks and set the standard.

What you'll need

• Quality assurance, compliance or continuous improvement experience in a regulated environment
• A track record of using data and MI to drive measurable improvement
• Strong grasp of assessment quality, validity and reliability
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading change across teams
• EPAO, awarding organisation or Ofqual experience is a strong advantage

The package

£75,000, hybrid with 3 days a week in the White City office, 37.5 hours, and full autonomy to build the function your way.
