Red Sky Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for major water infrastructure projects in Hampton, Middlesex. The role focuses on the commercial management of civil engineering works, cost control, procurement, and final accounts within a hybrid working pattern (office-based two days, remote three days).

The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale infrastructure, strong NEC contract knowledge, and a proven track record in cost reporting and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Senior Quantity Surveyor with civil/infrastructure project experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial practices.
• Proven ability to manage cost reporting, forecasts and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of infrastructure projects.
• Manage project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting and financial performance.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, valuations, payments and final accounts.
• Identify and manage variations, compensation events, commercial risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and operational teams to achieve commercial objectives.
• Prepare cost reports and commercial updates.
