• Experience in utilities/civil engineering/MEICA sectors
• NEC3 experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the quantity surveying activities for allocated projects and work packages.
• Work with design, construction and supply chain teams to capture, analyse and control cost.
• Administer the main contract, ensuring notices and correspondence are issued when required.
• Prepare and issue subcontract documentation and manage subcontractor performance.
• Prepare project cost and value reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Mentor and develop junior commercial team members.
