Metlen Energy & Metals is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to drive cost management for utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects from our London office. You will prepare BoQs/BoMs, develop estimates and budgets, and align tender pricing with project scope while collaborating with engineering, procurement, and site teams in the UK and Ireland.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Estimating or related discipline.
• Experience on Solar PV, BESS or large-scale renewable energy projects.
• Strong understanding of construction costs, quantities, pricing, subcontractor procurement and commercial risk.
• Experience preparing BoQs, BoMs, cost estimates and tender pricing.
• Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background desirable.
• On-site and office experience across UK & Ireland.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent Excel and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed BoQ and BoM based on designs for Solar PV and BESS.
• Develop cost estimates, budgets and pricing schedules.
• Review engineering and site requirements to understand quantities and variations.
• Support commercial team with cost analysis throughout project delivery.
