Job summary

KBR in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong procurement experience for infrastructure pre-contract work, focusing on NEC4 contracts. The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Glasgow City Centre office.

You will manage end-to-end tender processes, develop procurement strategies, support competitive bids, and contribute to commercial strategy, risk management, and value engineering in early project stages. SC clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pre-contract and tendering for infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to develop procurement strategies.
• Experience in NEC4-based contracts (ECC/PSC) pricing and risk allocation.
• MRICS and/or MCIPS preferred.
