Job summary

Our Glasgow-based client, a UK firm of PQS, seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will handle pre and post contract work on a range of projects up to around £120m. The role requires at least 4 years post graduate experience and a UK QS qualification.

Chartered status with RICS is welcomed and APC support is offered. You will be joining a firm with two offices, working on residential, leisure, industrial, offices and education sectors.

Qualifications

• UK-recognised QS qualification (BSc ... or equivalent)
• At least 4 years post-graduate experience in a UK PQS
• Experience in pre and post-contract work
• Knowledge of JCT contracts; NEC knowledge is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
