Job summary

Reinforced Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a specialist cladding and façades contractor in Barnet, Hertfordshire. You will own the commercial delivery across complex cladding packages from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring value for money, robust cost control and accurate reporting.

The role requires extensive cladding and facades knowledge, experience with subcontractors, and strong contractual awareness.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in cladding and facades (essential).
• Background with a cladding subcontractor or main contractor.
• Strong understanding of cladding systems, materials and installation methods.
• Experience in cost control, reporting and commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial delivery across cladding packages on multiple projects.
• Maintain rigorous cost control, reporting and commercial governance.
• Manage variations, valuations and subcontractor accounts.
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams and clients to safeguard margins.
