Job summary

Mitie is seeking a QHSE Manager to lead Rock Power Connections QHSE across high-risk construction and utility operations in Bromsgrove. Drive KPIs, audits and continual improvement while supporting ISO standards and safe systems of work.

You will mentor the RPC QHSE team, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with site leaders to foster a strong safety culture. 40 hours a week with some travel.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma in Health & Safety is required.
• Lead Auditor certification for ISO standards is essential.
• Proven track record leading QHSE teams and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive the RPC QHSE strategy, objectives and KPIs to support a proactive culture and continual improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality legislation, policies and safe systems of work.
• Support integration of Mitie procedures and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, including audits.
• Monitor performance, investigate incidents, produce reports and provide QHSE guidance to leadership teams.
• Lead, support and develop the RPC QHSE team, deliver training and maintain visible leadership on site.
