Eisai is seeking a Senior QC Systems Technical Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract at our Hatfield site. You will provide technical support for laboratory electronic systems (LIMS, CDS) used in QC, manage master data, and implement system improvements while ensuring compliance with GMP and data integrity guidelines.

The role requires a science degree and 2+ years’ experience with QC electronic systems in pharma, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work with

Formación

• Degree in science or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of pharmaceutical QC electronic systems, including qualification and validation.
• 2+ years creating/updating master data for laboratory LIMS and/or CDS in pharma.
• Experience as an end user of QC electronic systems.
• Excellent communication and people management to support projects.
• Ability to build relationships within EML and customers.
• Understanding of data integrity and application to system management.
• GMP compliance awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support and maintenance for laboratory electronic systems (e.g., LIMS, CDS).
• Maintain master data and support system updates and enhancements.
• Support qualification and procurement of new/replacement QC systems.
• Educate and train team on QC software use.
• Manage user access in line with procedures.
• Support change management to keep data available and accurate.
