The role involves acting as SME for LIMS/CDS platforms, driving system enhancements, data integrity, and change control, plus training QC staff in system usage.

Qualifications

• Degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience supporting laboratory electronic systems in a GMP environment.
• Strong knowledge of LIMS and/or CDS platforms, including master data management.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical QC processes and GMP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for QC laboratory electronic systems.
• Manage and maintain master data to ensure GMP/data integrity compliance.
• Support system enhancements, software updates, new module deployments, and change control activities.
• Assist with qualification, validation and implementation of new or replacement laboratory systems.
• Train laboratory personnel in the effective use of QC software.
