Job summary

The Sterling Choice is recruiting for a Quality Manager/Technical professional to act as the Technical Manager's right hand and lead the Quality team on site in Dartford. You will drive higher standards and embed QA culture across manufacturing processes.

You'll own HACCP compliance, audits and investigations, and coach teams to continuously improve quality management. This role offers ownership, influence and a clear path to impact across the site.

Qualifications

• Food manufacturing quality or technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of BRC, HACCP and Quality Management Systems.
• The confidence to challenge, improve and lead by example.
