A leading company in the biotechnology industry, based in the Netherlands, is seeking a dedicated Senior Quality Assurance Specialist. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact by ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. As the Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing quality processes, interacting directly with internal and external customers, and mentoring junior team members.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Partner with internal and external customers on quality topics, serving as the Quality Subject Matter Expert.

2. Review and prepare batch records for Qualified Person's batch disposition within defined timelines.

3. Review and approve deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and Change Requests within due dates.

4. Ensure batch records are closed and archived upon completion of all related activities.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Senior Quality Assurance Officer, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in Science, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.

2. Extensive industry experience in Quality Assurance and Good Manufacturing Practices.
