Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is seeking a Contract Project Quality Manager for a major process plant project in Yorkshire, on-site five days a week. You will lead QA/QC across construction, installation and commissioning, coordinating with contractors, suppliers and the UK supply chain through mechanical completion and handover.

The role requires CSWIP 3.2, fabrications and piping experience, and the ability to manage non-conformances. Weekend work may be required to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quality Manager on major process plant projects.
• Strong construction QA/QC and mechanical completion knowledge.
• Expert knowledge of process industry codes and standards.
• Experience reviewing quality dossiers and LTQR.
• Experience managing NCRs and third-party inspections.
• CSWIP 3.2 in-date.
• UKCA compliance experience advantageous.
• Engineering degree or quality qualification preferred.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Willing to work weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC across the project lifecycle.
• Oversee construction quality and piping/installations.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
• Manage punch lists and system handover.
• Review LTQR and quality dossiers.
• Support UKCA compliance activities.
