The Redline Group are looking for a highly-skilled Contract Project Quality Manager, to join a major engineering project situated in Yorkshire, on site 5 days a week.This engagement spans a 3-6-month period and centres around the construction, mechanical completion, installation and commissioning phases of a significant chemical process plant project.
As the Contract Project Quality Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of quality assurance and quality control across the project, working closely with contractors, suppliers and a European supply chain.You will oversee construction quality standards, monitor the installation of piping and process equipment and ensure all works conform with the required engineering drawings, specifications and industry standards.
You will work closely with construction and commissioning teams throughout mechanical completion and system handover, managing punch lists and system readiness activities.The role will also involve coordinating third-party inspections, managing non-conformances, concession requests and corrective actions, as well as reviewing quality dossiers, LTQR documentation and supporting UKCA compliance.
This role has an indicative OUTSIDE IR35 determination therefore we can accept candidates who would like to operate through their own PSC.
