Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is hiring a Quality Inspector at its Coupar Angus site for the AM shift (Mon–Fri, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM). The role focuses on ensuring products meet food safety and quality standards, conducting inspections along the production line and reporting any non-conformances to the technical team.

Candidate should have Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2, strong numeracy and English skills, and familiarity with quality management systems; prior food industry experience is

Qualifications

• Food Safety Level 2 certification.
• Health & Safety Level 2 certification.
• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Strong numeracy skills for data recording and measurements.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality checks, audits and product inspections along the production line.
• Monitor hygiene and health and safety compliance.
• Record inspection data accurately and report non-conformances to the technical team.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced team.
