Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group’s Gunstones Bakery in Dronfield is seeking a QA Manager for the night shift to lead a team of QA Technicians, ensuring food safety and quality standards across the site. You will collaborate with Production, Technical and Operations to drive improvements and compliance on the night shift.

The role requires a hands-on leader with experience in food manufacturing, GMP and HACCP, and the ability to manage audits and non-conformances while developing the QA team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a QA team in a food manufacturing facility.
• Proven ability to drive quality improvements and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop QA Technicians on the night shift.
• Drive quality, food safety and compliance across production areas.
• Conduct routine GMP audits and quality checks.
• Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with Production to meet quality targets.
• Monitor KPI and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective shift handovers.
