Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA strategies and frameworks
• Oversee audits, inspections, and quality control processes
• Manage client relationships and act as QA lead
• Provide leadership and development to QA teams
• Ensure documentation and handover requirements are met
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Report quality metrics to senior leadership
