Qualifications

• Senior QA or QA management experience, preferably in data centre or M&E environments.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of QA/QC standards, compliance frameworks, and audits.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic, detail-oriented with ability to operate at programme level.
• Relevant degree or professional certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QA across projects, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, frameworks.
• Oversee audits, inspections, and quality control processes.
• Manage client relationships; key contact for quality matters.
• Provide leadership and development to QA teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation, certification, handover requirements completed.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Report quality metrics to senior leadership.
