Job summary

Falcon Green is seeking a QA/QC Manager to support hyperscale data centre projects across Germany and the Netherlands. You will collaborate with project teams, subcontractors and clients to uphold the highest quality standards from design through to handover.

The role requires a strong background in QA/QC for large-scale construction, with proven M&E experience and CSA package exposure, delivering rigorous documentation and timely, issue-free compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant QA/QC qualifications and professional accreditation.
• Experience in data centre, mission critical, or large-scale construction sectors.
• Strong M&E background with exposure to CSA packages.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA/QC standards, procedures, and processes on project sites.
• Develop quality plans, inspection/test plans, manuals and documentation.
• Audits with clients and subcontractors; coordinate quality meetings.
• Maintain project documentation, certifications, and quality records.
