Job summary

Falcon Green Personnel is looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to support hyperscale data centre projects in Germany and the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance and previous experience on large-scale construction projects.

You will work closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to assure quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers the chance to join a respected contractor with robust growth prospects in Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in a QA/QC role within data centre or large-scale construction.
• Strong M&E background with exposure to CSA packages.
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA/QC standards and procedures.
• Develop quality plans and associated documentation.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits.
• Provide support to project management on QA/QC matters.
